Driver Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Recruit drivers by screening, interviewing, qualifying and selecting driver candidates
  • Use sound judgement and experience to determine which candidates have the "right stuff" to be a quality driver
  • Retain existing fleet through driver contact
  • Create, contribute to, and place advertisements and source drivers through multiple channels (Internet, referrals, radio, job boards, job fairs, etc.)
  • Advocate for driver needs
  • Contribute content ideas to our Driver Recruiting web page
  • Manage confidential information appropriately
  • Apply your knowledge to keep the fleet in compliance with DOT and state regulations

Qualifications

  • Successful recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in the transportation industry is a plus with a preference for experience in large scale same-day work with both large trucks (dock trucks, day-cabs, flatbeds, curtain sides) and parcel vehicles
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations regarding Driver and Carrier compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and complete work in a timely manner

Facilities Manager

Priority Courier Experts is looking for a dependable and hardworking Facilities Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and running smoothly, and is ready to be a go-to person for general maintenance and support. The position is Monday - Friday, and on call as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, at the headquarters and affiliated locations
  • Assist with facility inspections and respond to repair requests
  • Help maintain building cleanliness and outdoor areas
  • Seasonal tasks like snow removal or landscaping as needed
  • Ensure tools and equipment are used and stored safely

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in general maintenance or facilities work required
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and hand tools
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Good physical condition; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Systems & Network Administrator

Technology is at the center of every delivery we make. Priority Courier Experts operates a real-time transportation business that depends on reliable systems, accurate data, and responsive support. We are hiring a hands-on Systems & Network Administrator to work with our on-site IT team, provide technical support throughout the company, and help administer our server, network, backup, identity, endpoint, and production application environments.

This role combines company-wide technical support with systems and network administration. You will share support coverage with other on-site systems administrators. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping systems healthy, solving operational problems, and documenting an environment so the entire team can support it effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Perform daily health checks using PRTG, Veeam, Lansweeper, and other operational tools; investigate alerts before they affect the business.
  • Verify backups and restores, monitor capacity, review Windows Update status, and maintain a dependable disaster recovery posture.
  • Patch and maintain Windows Servers and Hyper-V clusters; review UPS health and maintain Dell BIOS and driver repositories.
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and the operational aspects of Microsoft SQL Server; manage onboarding, access changes, and terminations for employees and drivers.
  • Support switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, wireless networks, and related office and data-center connectivity.
  • Deploy and support Windows workstations, Dell BIOS and driver packages, and Lansweeper deployment packages.
  • Share day-to-day coverage with the other on-site systems administrators, helping employees resolve workstation, hardware, printing, connectivity, access, and production application issues.
  • Work with the other on-site systems administrators to triage requests, communicate status, share knowledge, and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for CXT, MaaS MDM, NetSuite, and other production applications; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with application owners and vendors when deeper assistance is required.
  • Use disciplined change management and testing practices for production updates and infrastructure changes.
  • Maintain practical documentation, including knowledge-base articles, network diagrams, server inventory, vendor contacts, system architecture, and disaster recovery references.
  • Respond to service interruptions, communicate clearly with affected users, and participate in occasional after-hours maintenance and urgent support.

What You Bring

  • Five or more years of hands-on systems administration experience in a Microsoft-centered environment, or comparable practical experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with enterprise backup and recovery; Veeam experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching, VLANs, VPNs, wireless networking, and firewalls.
  • Experience with monitoring, inventory, patching, and software deployment tools; PRTG and Lansweeper experience is a plus.
  • Operational SQL Server experience and the ability to use T-SQL for troubleshooting are helpful.
  • PowerShell or similar scripting experience is preferred.
  • A service-minded approach and the patience to work directly with employees of varying technical skill levels.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills.
  • A proactive, organized approach and the ability to prioritize support requests and infrastructure work in a fast-moving production environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is helpful; equivalent experience is welcome.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The position works closely with employees and the other systems administrators while supporting physical infrastructure, workstations, and office operations.
